Delete in the app

The fastest way to delete your account is right inside pogo:

1. Open Pogo Alarm and go to Settings.
2. Tap Account.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm when prompted. Your account is scheduled for deletion immediately.

Request deletion without the app

No access to the app, or signed in on a different device? Email support@pogoalarm.com from the address you signed in with, and we'll delete your account for you. Or use the quick form below — it opens your email app with the details already filled in.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove:

• Your account and profile (name, email/relay email)
• Your alarms and wake-up task settings
• Your task history and streak
• Your app preferences (sounds, Block scrolling list, etc.)

We may keep a limited amount of information for longer where required, such as:

• Purchase records we're legally required to retain for tax or accounting purposes.
• Anonymised analytics that can no longer be tied back to you.

Timeline

Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request. You won't be able to undo this once it's confirmed, so if you just want a break, consider pausing notifications instead of deleting your account.
