Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing or using Pogo Alarm (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. Pogo Alarm is provided by [Company legal name], registered at [Registered address].
The service
Pogo Alarm is an alarm app that pairs your morning alarm with a wake-up task — Math, Quick quiz, Squats, Push-ups, Jumping jacks, Dancing, Make bed, Find an object, Touch grass, Get sunlight, Affirmation, Read a verse, or No task — designed to make sure you actually get up. It also includes Block scrolling, which keeps chosen apps blocked for a period after your alarm, and a streak that tracks your mornings.
Your account
You create an account using Sign in with Apple or Google. You're responsible for keeping your device and account secure, and for all activity under your account.
Subscription & free trial
Pogo Alarm offers a 7-day free trial, followed by a paid subscription. Unless you cancel, your subscription automatically renews at the end of each trial or billing period.
Key point
- To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your free trial or current billing period.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings — not in the Pogo Alarm app itself.
- Payment is processed by Apple or Google. Refunds are handled according to the App Store's or Google Play's refund policies, not by Pogo Alarm directly.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to reverse engineer the app, interfere with its normal operation, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
Wake-up tasks & exercise safety
Some wake-up tasks involve light physical movement (squats, push-ups, jumping jacks, dancing). Only do what's within your own ability, and stop immediately if you feel unwell, dizzy or in pain. Pogo Alarm is not a fitness or medical product, and these tasks are not a substitute for professional exercise or medical advice. If you have a health condition that could make movement unsafe, choose a different task or turn off movement-based tasks in Settings.
No guarantee of waking
Please read
Pogo Alarm does not guarantee that you will wake up. Whether an alarm rings depends on factors outside our control, including your device's volume, silent/Do Not Disturb settings, battery level, background app permissions, and operating system behaviour. For anything critical — a flight, an exam, a job interview — please keep a backup alarm you trust.
Intellectual property
Pogo the character, the Pogo Alarm name, logo, and all associated app designs, illustrations and animations are the intellectual property of [Company legal name]. You may not copy, reproduce or create derivative works from them without our written permission.
Termination
You may stop using Pogo Alarm at any time by deleting your account (see Delete account). We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these terms, or as needed to protect the Service or other users.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Company legal name] will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including missed alarms, missed appointments, or any resulting loss.
Governing law
